Trio Penjagal Hidup2 para pecundang Metal ini telah memuntahkan Siksaan Biadab mereka melalui CD " Carcinoma ", yang mungkin ini adalah Perpaduan Keji antara Mortician yang bertemu dengan Last Day Of Humanity !! yang menghasilkan 11 Mutilasi Track berbahasa Pathology Medical ini merupakan debutan full pertama sejak mereka mengenalkan Debut " Promo 2008 ". nama Frontman Pedolover memang paling dikenal diband ini karena kerja kerasnya me-manage setiap musikalitas Blasted Pancreas, Pedolover ini banyak memainkan Instrumen Bass dan Drum Programming selain Diposisi Utama-nya sebagai Guitaris. dimulai dengan sebuah Intro yang Cukup Horrify sebelum kita merasakan sendiri siksaan Berdarah track " Lymphangiosarcoma " langsung menghujamkan belati tajam ke irama detak Jantung Gw, Urrgghhhhhh, Duet Guttural Gurgling Vokalis Baldcummer & Orgasmic Abortion saling mengisi setiap Ruang yang ada, sehingga elemen dan Nuansa Goregrind sangat kental sekali diband ini, gaya Riffing Pedolover masih bergaya Middle tempo part Death Metal yang memang mengkombinasikan sebuah kecepatan dan Noisy ! sangat terasakan sentuhan Tajam In The Vein Last Day Of Humanity, Lymphatic Phlegm serta Mortician yang begitu padat dengan hadirnya Heavy Sound as Fuck. walaupun sejauh ini masih belum ada yang terasa spesial, namun Blasted Pancreas ingin mendobrak Batasan Genre Musik yang mereka mainkan terasa lebih oriental tanpa harus keluar dari jalurnya. beberapa Sampling Intro Rumah Sakit banyak dihadirkan disini, Gw serasa mendengarkan Materi CD ini di ruang Operasi Bedah dan berhadapan dengan Dokter Psychopat yang siap me-mutilasi Organ Tubuh gw lalu dicabik cabik sebelum akhirnya dijadikan makanan anjing Buas yang kelaparan hahahahahaha, syereeemmm !!! " Nephroblastoma " sejenak dipart awal Mengajak gw Untuk sedikit merasakan Suasana Headbang ! Simple Riff yang terkadang terasa membosankan apalagi Dengan Penggunaaan Drum Programing Machine akan terasa membosankan untuk mewakili karakter Band Cybergore, ya walau bagaimanapun genre Goregrind tetap memiliki Karakter Khas tersendiri dan menjadi sesuatu " Tantangan " untuk menggeser Stereotype Style-nya, karakter Vokal Guttural Gurgling memang menjadi salah satu elemen kuat disini selain part2 yang Hyperblaster ! " Hemangiosarcoma " elemen Guitar-nya terasa lebih Nge-death Metal dan beratmosfir Gelap. hmmm yang pasti kalian akan Butuh waktu sekitar 23:45 untuk merasakan sendiri Nuansa Berdarah goregrind dari Band ini yang pada Track akhir mengcover ulang lagu-nya band Gore kenamaan Brazil, Lymphatic Phlegm " Resection Of Upper Gastroinstestinal Malignancy ". This obvious Carcass clone does for two reasons, one being I like to contradict myself, and two because they actually have something to offer as a study in clone bands. yupzz kendati menjadi salah satu Kloning era Kemegahan Materi Carcass era " Reek Of Putrefaction " dan " Symphonies Of Sickness " ini goyah dalam memulai Karirnya sebagai band Pathology Death Metal/Goregrind yang kental sounding swedish death metal in the vein-nya Dismember, Carnage dan Entombed tentunya. sejak terbentuk tahun 1988 bukan perjalanan yang singkat bagi Band bernama cukup gahar ini, General Surgery ! tetap eksis dan memikat penggemar Goregrind yang kental elemen death metalnya, walau ga se-Chaotic Carcass, General Surgery tetap memiliki Pola permainan catchy tersendiri walau terasa susah bagi mereka lepas dari Bayang2 besar Carcass. On this album more so then on their later work, they are a Carcass clone, pure and simple, their melodies, their rhythm patterns, the dual voices, the topics of the songs, the titles of the songs, everything. Even the intro to this album sounds like ‘Genital Grinder’ which brings me back to why I am writing this review. This is the only band I know of who so openly embrace the fact that they are a clone band. dan pertama kali gw mengenal band ini saat memiliki Kaset Kompilasi compilation 5 Years Nuclear Blast Metal tahun 1997-an ( Aslinya dirilis Tahun 1993 .ed ), dan sempat terkaget kaget juga dengan typical permainannya yang saat itu gw kira banget adalah Carcass dengan track memorable " The Succulent Aftermath of a Subdural Hemorrhage " hehehehe... menjadi salah satu band Goregrind besar yang dipimpin oleh mantan frontman vokalis Grant McWilliams yang cabut dari band ini sejak tahun 2007 dan tergantikan oleh vokalis Erik Sahlström meninggalkan Gitaris Joacim Carlsson sebagai member asli Band hingga detik ini selain masih terhitung sebagai gitaris band Face down. dimulai dengan instrument Track " Ominous Lamentation ", swedish Attending Sounding yang masih terasa khas banget sentuhannya mengingatkan langsung akan Karakternya Dismember, Carnage dan Entombed banget, dengan typical permainan yang kental sekali elemen death metal-nya, sentuhan Goregrind-nya memang hampir sama sekali tak terasakan, malah beberapa kekuatan Melodius-nya cukup kentara disini. lalu " Slithering Maceration of Ulcerous Facial Tissue " langsung memborbardir dengan serangan Carcass era " Reek Of Putrefaction " banget !! mulai dari Komposisi musik dan gaya Pathology lirik yang ditulis dalam bahasa medikal. pantas memang beberapa Media menyebut band ini sebagai " cloning "nya Carcass namun walau begitu Relapse Records tetap menempatkan Ep ini sebagai Masterpiece Klasik Kolektor yang masih terus dicari oleh para collector-nya. " Grotesque Laceration of Mortified Flesh " pernah juga sempat gw kenal pertama kali dibeberapa Kompilasi Nuclear Blast Records yang entah itu Bootleg Kompilasi ato official tahun 1997-an, masih tetap menggerus dengan Old Carcass banget, ga menggunakan Alat Bantu Vokal seperti Harmonizer, Vokalis Grant McWilliams rupanya cukup menciptakan Karakter Goregrind Vokal yang bagus. beberapa Sentuhan High Scream Pitch Bassis Matti Kärki kerap mengisi beberapa Pattern, dan tentunya nama Matti Kärki ini sudah ga asing lagi di penggemar Swedish Death Metal In The vein Carnage, Dismember, Murder Squad, Therion, dan Carbonized, cukup memberikan sentuhan dan Tranfusi berdarah karakter Carcass. waduh memang sulit deh kalau memberi komentar rilisan yang sampai saat ini masih memiliki Pengaruh Kuat carcass, bahkan Banyak media menyebut kata " Kloning ", seperti sebuah Ketetapan yang sifat hukumnya mutlak aja, ga bisa ngapa2in hahahaha ... namun Karya Perdana Ep General Surgery ini masih dinobatkan sebagai album Goregrind terbaik dan klasik sepanjang masa. unlike aforementioned bands, this band even though being an obvious clone retains more originality and more of that old school gore grind sound then the others. So this band, although I am not entirely sure why they are considered such legends, are still great and unique in their cloning practices. And later on they developed more of their own style, for better or worse who is to really say. At nay rate they started making music more like themselves and less like Carcass as time progressed. At this point they still wrote music that reeked of putrefaction, and it was good. This album is HIGHLY recommended to those into early Carcass, Impaled, and anybody who wants to hear what the early 90's gore/grind movement was all about.
