They experimented with a purer folk approach, then unsuccessfully tried to re-hash Slania. They never needed it though, as that's what the folk instruments were for - the hurdy gurdy, flute, all of it; they added the slick melodies and atmosphere that was lacking. dan begitu juga dengan Track " Druid ", Eluveitie masih tampil beringas dengan fast part awalnya dan kemudian mendadak menjadi terasa Tradisional dengan beberapa Irama Celtic dan Finnish-nya, memang track ini rada mengingatkan dengan Gaya Insomnium dan Dark Tranquility banget. " Uis Elveti " bisa jadi adalah Anthemic Track yang terlupakan untuk mereka hadirkan dialbum2 sebelumnya, padahal cukup Hymnism banget karakter-nya, dan kemudian Pada CD 2 adalah berisi versi2 lain beberapa Track Band dari Versi radio, dan Mastering ulang yang hanya tersedia di Situs resmi band ini dan beberapa Online Store. seperti menjadi kekuatan Alami sebuah album kompilasi menjadi produk track terbaik untuk terasa Enjoy menikmati hari ini dengan sentuhan Musik metal dengan karakter yang berbeda. dikemas secara eksklusif semakin memanjakan Eluveitie atau Folk Metal Fans tentunya. Meskipun Album ke-3 " Choir of Horrors " lebih populer reputasinya di scene Kita pada era 90-an, namun feel gw lebih terpaku pada Ep " Psychomorphia " sebelum album " Choir of Horrors " dirilis, karena Ep ini adalah kaset pertama yang gw miliki dari legendaris Death/Thrash Metal Switzerland, MESSIAH ! yang namanya pertama kali Gw kenal pada sebuah Koran Mingguan S.K.M yang saat itu selalu memuat Profil2 band metal kemudian ditambah profil mereka yang termuat di Majalah remaja HAI cukup menjadi referensi gw hunting rilisannya, dan Ep ini Gw dapatkan setelah titip beli ma almarhum abang gw yang kuliah dimalang, kebetulan juga penasaran dengan band ini hehehehe, walau sempat terheran2, koq cuman memuat 4 lagu saja? karena memang saat itu Gw sama sekali belum mengerti format rilisan lain seperti EP, MCD, Split, atau apa hehehehe, band bentukan gitaris berbakat dengan Thrash Riffing-nya, R.B Brögi tahun 1985 di Baar, Zug, Switzerland sebelum merilis CD pertamanya lebih dulu memukau dengan 3 Demo-nya ini pernah ikut dalam Kompetisi bersama 3 band Non Metal pada sebuah Channel TV broadcasted Perancis berbahasa Swiss. dan memang menjadi bagian menarik di Ep ini adalah Artwork Kover-nya yang kontroversial dan begitu " Berani " pada masa itu menampilkan Konsep seperti ini ( Liat Cover .ed ), lukisan karya seniman Andreas Marshall ini memang begitu kerap dipakai oleh band2 rilisan Noise Records seperti halnya " Coma Of Soul " nya Kreator. pada versi Kaset yang beredar di Indonesia di Distribusikan oleh Polygram Indonesia dengan Kemasan Cover sederhana tanpa sensor, kaset ini beredar terbatas di toko2 kaset seluruh indonesia dan sekejab saja telah sold Out ! tentunya masih kita kenal banget karakter Khas Death/Thrash Metal Messiah yang Catchy dan memorable di 2 album pertamanya, Gitaris dan frontman Brogi memang masih menekankan kekuatan Pada Ritme Riffing Guitar yang padat dan Harmonius ! knowledge to put the theory in practice in the most paradoxical way. Hiiiiii hehehehe ... namun semuanya akan lenyab dengan sendirinya seiring hadirnya Track " Psychomorphia " masih tersambung Intro sebelumnya selama 01: 17 Menit sebelum Lagu Mulai dimainkan Messiah, woww masih tampil sadis dengan karakter Death/Thrash Style yang mendapat sentuhan gaya Heavy metal Riff konstan dan dinamis pembawaannya! R.B Brogi tetap mengaransemen Memorable Part dengan sangat keren ! sementara Teriakan Growling Vokalis Andy Kaina lebih terkubur oleh dominasi Sound Gitar Brogi, sehingga makinh terdengar Powerfully walau ga maksimal level balance-nya. Crunchy, barrelling, riff-jammed death/thrash ensues. Sporting a crisp and potent guitar sound nearly unrivaled in the realm of death metal. Pyschomorphia is a juggernaut of a song and easily thier most impressive piece up to this point. Stylish, riff-intensive death metal with heavy thrash leanings. Highly recommended for fans of both death and thrash metal. beberapa karakter Melodius memang tetap menjadi Trademark tersendiri bagi Style Messiah sejak materi2 sebelumnya. permainan drummer mantap Steve Karrer menambah poin plus Konsep Messiah Kian matang. dengan durasi total lagu ini yang 8 menitan ( Aslinya tanpa Tambahan Intro & Outro Lagu, hanya memakan durasi 6 Menitan .ed ), Messiah mencoba lebih mengekplorasikan beberapa Ide Fresh R.B Brogi mengolah lebih dalam Karakter Riffing-nya menjadi semakin gelap. The excruciating omnipotent melodic structure of this album, is however, with no doubt the most treasurable thing that integrates within the whole work. All of each players affirm a commutative democratic songwriting where none of the instruments is overwhelmingly independent from the others, leading to a coefficiently executed monumentally ultra-violent scenario that doesn't cycle itself into a rythmical and choral self repetition. kemudian Track selanjutnya ada " Right for Unright ", yang mana Messiah semakin lebih kejam menanamkan struktur Death/Thrash sadis dengan beberapa hentakan terdengar megah dan Epic, so pastinya memorable banget beberapa Harmonisasi Riffing Brogi hehehehe. Aransemen track enerjik terdengar mantap saat Andy meneriakkan kata " Right for Unright ". Balutan Rythym Thrash Riffing semakin kuat ditekankan pada beat musik selain beberapa Sayatan Harmonisasi Pummeling Pull Off Riff matangnya. Over Breakdown laps pun ga lupa menjadi kekuatan tersendiri Track " Right for Unright " terdengar semakin Epic dan Cruelty Tunes ! dan bagian2 part musik mengejutkan pada kesan pertama memang tidak begitu familiar dengan susunan Nada yang ada, namun jika kita dengar berulang2, wew ini adalah sebuah Komposisi yang brilian abis deh ! dan Track terakhir " M.A.N.I.A.C. ", Messiah menampilkan drummer Pete Schuler yang bergabung dengan band ini hanya 1 Tahun aja yang kemudian digantikan oleh Steve Karrer. memainkan komposisi Death metal yang cepat dan Chaotic aransemennya selama 1:57, Vokalis Andy hanya Mempunya 1 Kata untuk bernyanyi " M.A.N.I.A.C. " yang di ulang2 pengucapannya, sementara beberapa tempo Headbang hanya dimainkan kurang dari 15 detik saja kemudian digempur lagi Fast part !, kayaknya nih lagu cuman iseng2 aja selama sesi rekaman Ep ini aja deh. This one though being kind of boring. With the title Total Maniac I would figure that it would be another really fast and more heavy track, but I guess you can’t judge by the title. Although it is kind of boring speed wise, it’s nothing to throw out. It is still a good track with the vocals being really fucking great and having a nice solo. Plus, they did add it on to the track list at just the right time in between the more speedy tracks, giving the listener a change. This is to say that even although the album is not that close to perfection, the low-points remain brutally outnumbered by the high-points. The interesting thing of hearing this album is that you can hear and analyze an embryonic version of sharply executed deconstructed part-atonal songwriting that became a generality on Death Metal (an exception become a rule).
