Perjalanan Karir band Melodic/Symphonic Power Metal asal Bruck an der Mur, Styria, Austria yang eksis sejak tahun 2000 sudah Gw kenal baik Album2nya menjadi bagian dari playlist Relaxing gw hehehehe, ternyata memang seperti kebanyakan band lainnya, ga mulus seh, apalagi harus kehilangan Icon Penting di Garda terdepan band, saat Female Vokalis terbaiknya, Nicole Bogner yang menghembuskan nafas terakhirnya pada 5 Januari 2012 karena Penyakit Kronis-nya, dan posisinya digantikan sejak dirinya mulai sakit tahun 2009 oleh Maxi Nil yang pernah bermain untuk band On Thorns I Lay, ex-Elysion, dan ex-Moonspell (live) disela sela tour album ke-3 nya " Trinity ", dan " Ethera " adalah materi ke-3 nya, masih tetap menawarkan style vokal yang khas dan powerfully. dan masih membawa gitaris baru, Cris tian sejak Ep " Maria Magdalena " Tahun 2011, yang kini harus tanpa kehadiran Gitaris asli Band, Werner Fiedler. sejak mendengarkan track awal " The Ark ", sepertinya konsep VOA memang tetap terjaga kualitasnya dari materi2 sebelumnya. The music ranges from a fast paced melodic style of power metal, similar to Dark Moor, to a slower, more gothic inspired style. While the band is competent musically. perpaduan Male dan Female Vokal menjadi Konsep Kuat VOA sejak terbentuk, sehingga inilah masih style asli VOA. dengan komposisi musik yang Easy Listening perpaduan antara Gaya Power Metal dengan Gothic Metal plus sentuhan gaya Electro Keyboard Martin Harb. Kekuatan Karakter Vokal Khas Maxi masih bisa dibanggakan untuk duet dengan Mario. Sentuhan Solo Melodius Gitar cantik juga kerap ditorehkan oleh Cris Tian. kemudian " Machinage " pun lebih terasa Epic banget sentuhannya. The fast paced sections have chugging guitars riffs, double bass runs, soaring lead work and, as with everything else here, comes backed by a nonstop wall of string inspired orchestrations, The slower style has subtle melodic guitar lines twining alongside piano segments, once again backed by an onslaught of orchestrated keyboard music. meskipun gw kurang begitu paham betul konsep Power metal, namun bisa gw tuliskan kalo materi kali ini semakin mantap dan matang tertuang dalam komposisi musik yang asli ciamik, cocok banget dinikmati dengan secangkir susu coklat panas dan Menyalakan Rokok mild hehehehe hmmmmm ..... selain beberapa track yang Nge-beat, beberapa Track Balada tetap seperti biasa dapat kita nikmati disini seperti " Vicious Circle, Cave Behind the Waterfall, Bestiality vs. Integrity dan Tlaloc's Grace (Orchestra version) ( hanya tersedia pada versi Digipact aja.ed ) sementara yang lain tetap siap menggoyang Kepala kita terus dan terus hehehehe. As for the rest, including the final track, there's generally nothing loathsome about them, but they do little to perk the ears thanks to the bloated symphonics and rehashed rhythms. The prevalent sound of the band works well enough for a certain extent, but by not changing the dynamics at any point throughout the recording, it can hurt the accessibility of the later tracks which need all the help they can get since the most memorable tunes in terms of songcraft are firmly entrenched at the commencement. Without a doubt, though, this is currently the band's finest achievement, and if they can stick together as a team for once, focus on strong and varied compositions with an edgier vibe and regulate the amount of keyboard slush appropriated, they might just cross that barrier towards the upper tier of symphonic power-tinged female-fronted acts. tetap bisa menjadi Koleksi Nyantai yang asyik deh pokoknya. dan kalian wajib memilikinya hehehehe.

ini dia awal mula pertama kali Gw mencicipi Death Metal sound distortif yang gw anggap sound Berisik pada mulanya hehehe, terlalu terkesima dengan artwork kover yang Gory banget karya seniman Ralph Manfreder pasti akan siap membius siapa saja yang menyukai artwork kover menyeramkan pada era tahun 90-an hehehe, karena posisi kaset tersegel tanpa mengenal dulu band ini langsung saja gw sabet kaset-nya masih hanya terpesona dengan Artwork kover saja hehehe, nah pertama kali bagi gw sangatlah aneh mendengarkan sounding Gitar yang begitu distortif walau sebelumnya sempat merasakan sendiri distorsi unik lewat " from Beyond " nya Massacre, telah menambah referensi Gw akan perkembangan genre Death Metal sound itu sendiri. Band yang terbentuk di Klagenfurt, Carinthia, Austria sejak 1988 oleh vokalis dan Gitaris Harald Bezdek mantan band sekampungnya Disharmonic Orchestra, bersama gitaris Manfred Fülöp, Bassis Walter Schweiger dan drummer Manfred Perack yang saat ini menjadi salah satu Member Orisinil Disastrous Murmur. sebelumnya merekam 2 demo dan 1 single telah mendapat Respon yang cukup bagus dengan konsep musiknya hingga menarik perhatian label asal perancis, Osmose Productions untuk kontrak full album pertama fantastis ini. a gem that seldom gets mentioned in most death metal circles. It’s a shame too, since Rhapsodies in Red is actually a very good record. It has all the qualities that make death metal so widely revered and admired. The disgustingly grimy production, proficient musicianship and nasty cover art makes this one a keeper for every true death metal fan. masih memainkan beberapa sentuhan karakter musik Disharmonic Orchestra, band ini coba memainkan konsep yang lebih Fresh lagi dan mulai meninggalkan kesan Old School-nya dengan permainan yang lebih enerjik lagi yang sangat langsung terasa pada track pertama " Disgorged Bowelmovement " memulai part-nya dengan sedikit Perkusi simple bersama solo Bass yang elemen distorsif sounding riff gitar memasuki selanjutnya, kesan Raw masih kita tangkap dialbum ini, namun sapa sangka sounding seperti ini adalah sesuatu yang baru gw jumpai pada Disastrous Murmur ini. There’s simply no shortage of quality riffs here. Stylistically, think of an impressive, nebulous blend of early Gorguts and Suffocation riffs. The only difference is, make it less hyperactive and add in much more Death metal vocals. beberapa karakter Austrian Band scene seperti Pungent Stench cukup terasa pada aransemen musik. Noisy Riffing yang sulit gw deteksi harmonisasinya memang menjadi elemen kuat karakter sounding seperti ini. permainan drummer Raw Powerfully drummer Manfred Perack lumayan memberi sentuhan enerjik. dan beberapa elemen Keyboard Atmosperic amat terasa menjadi sampling refrain track. the riffing is nothing short of enthralling, blending moshpit-friendly grooves, thrash and tremolo riffs into one dazzling, cohesive sound. Unlike most bands that take one riff and stretch it well beyond its limit, Disastrous Murmur actually knows when to spice things up a bit. The result is a structurally frenetic album with enough twists and turns to satisfy the pickiest of death metal fans. " Extra Uterine Pregnancy Part 2 " sentuhan typical Goregrind drumming menerjang pada awal part, karakter vokalis dan gitaris Harald Bezdek semakin mengingatkan dengan gayanya Pungent Stench banget, Dazzling Pummeling Raw Noise Riffing masih yang membuat Ruang Musik Lagu band ini terasa sesak. lirik2 Gore, penyakit, siksaan dan kematian adalah Ritual mantap band ini tampil lebih semakin mengerikan lagi setelah dipopulerkan oleh pendahulunya, Carcass !, kemudian " Dinner Is Served " Harald Bezdek melepas Solo Gitar diawal part dengan sayatan tanpa notasi membuka Kekejaman Track berikutnya yang semakin terdengar " keras " beatnya. " Trashchunk & Garbage " Riffing awalnya sedikit Familiar dengan Hardcore Type dan kemudian Serangan membabi buta death metal kembali menyiksa lagi. masih mengulang Konsep Part awal sebelumnya, ditrack " Masked Killer " kembali terjadi lagi. well sentuhan gaya Riffing Hardcore dengan old school death metal sangat terasa kuat disini. dan Track paling Memorable dan faforite dialbum ini bagi gw adalah " Into the Dungeon " yang dimulai dengan sebuah Permainan Keyboard Horror dari Oliver Welter cukup membuat suasana terasa mencekam ! dan kemudian hentakan gaya harmonisasi Riffing berikutnya yang dipertebal dengan elemen Keyboard membuat track ini terasa Gelap dan Hitam nuansanya, dan Harmonisasi-nya itu loh yang sampe sekarang masih hafal gw ingat hehehehehe, nice fucking Track here ! Then again, disgusting, brutally honest death metal isn’t something you should consider passing up either. Face it people, the scene back then was simply fraught with uninspired crap. These guys are an exception. total 10 lagu Death Metal dengan Distortif sounding dan Harmonisasi hitam terasa sekali dalam total durasi 35:16. Trio Death Metal ini memang telah menciptakan sentuhan sounding baru yang unik awalnya, yeahhh Simply put, Rhapsodies in Red is an overlooked relic that doesn’t deserve to be forgotten. It pretty much has everything a death metal fan would want in an album. If you’re tired of today’s safe and clinical take on death metal then you owe it to yourself to track down this rotten masterpiece. In short, it’s a very fun, devilishly nasty ride. Go get it.
